PlainAnswer is built by Culture & Clarity Ltd, a UK software studio building honest, useful AI tools for the world of work. We think small businesses deserve technology that is straight with their customers, so we made an agent that answers only from your own content and never makes things up.
Who we are
Culture & Clarity Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We design and run a small family of AI products for businesses and the people inside them. Our approach is the same across all of them: be genuinely useful, be honest about what the technology can and cannot do, and keep things in plain language.
PlainAnswer grew out of a simple frustration. Most website chatbots either follow rigid scripts or confidently invent answers, and both lose the customer's trust. We wanted the opposite: an agent that reads your real content, shows where every answer comes from, and would rather take the customer's details than guess. That principle, nothing made up, runs through the whole product.
The founder
Jean Pierre Mugenga
PlainAnswer and Culture & Clarity were founded by Jean Pierre Mugenga, an author and speaker on leadership and the modern workplace. He writes and speaks to a large audience across LinkedIn and YouTube, and is the author of The Emotional Infrastructure of Leadership. He founded Culture & Clarity to turn that work into practical AI tools that help businesses and the people in them do better.
